Project Description: Existing building leased by The Iconic, 3 storey pick tower built requiring Ventilation, Smoke Exhaust. Works comprised of High Level Edmonds Fan assisted Roof ventilators for High level hot layer heat extraction via low level air makeup louvres. Airius G400 destratification air movement fans. Aim was to provide constant air movement for staff picking clothing items, the outcome achieved was constant moving Air throughout creating comfortable environment for staff in a usually warm warehouse.
